On January 16, Minister of Foreign Affairs Chung Eui-yong met with Minster of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The two Foreign Ministers discussed follow-up measures of the meeting between the President of the Republic of Korea Moon Jae-in and the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and agreed to further strengthen cooperation under the Special Strategic Partnership between the two countries.
