[F-3] Family Dependents visa

Eligible Applicants
 -  Spouses or unmarried children (before reaching the age of 18) of people with the following types of visas:
Culture/Art(D-1), Study(D-2), General Training(D-4), Religious Work(D-6), Intra-company Transfer(D-7), Treaty Investment(D-8), Treaty Trade(D-9), Professor(E-1), Foreign Language Teaching(E-2), Research(E-3), Technological Guidance(E-4), Profession(E-5), Arts/Entertainment(E-6), Specially-Designated Activities(E-7)


Required Documents
※ Items subject to change depending on individual circumstances

1. A completed Visa application form : How to write the application form: Go to Korea Visa Portal ( www.visa.go.kr )- Click [Application] - Click [e-Form(Visa)] - Complete the application form online - Print 
2. A recent passport photo (3.5 x 4.5cm, colour photo)
3. Passport (Original)
4. Confirmation of Visa issuance Number (which is issued in local immigration office in Korea)

5. Visa Fee : Single-entry visa CAD 54.0, Multiple-entry visa CAD 121.50 (Cash Only )


You May Alternatively submit the Following Documents instead of Visa issuance Number,

1. Original and Photocopy of the Documents that Prove the Family Relations (a Marriage Certificate, a Copy of Family Register or a Birth certificate) 
2. Photocopy of passport and Korean visa(if any) of the main visa holder
3. Official invitation letter for dependants and employment certificate of main visa holder written by Korean employer of main visa holder
