Good afternoon. Let me start today’s briefing.

On December 20, Minister of Foreign Affairs Kang, Kyung-wha will have a meeting with Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Sweden Stefan Löfven, who is on a visit to the Republic of Korea (ROK).

During the meeting, the two sides will share the progress of the bilateral relations and exchange views on situations on the Korean Peninsula and in major regions of the world as well as ways to work together on the international stage.

In particular, Minister Kang will ask for continued support and attention of Sweden, which has been contributing to peace on the Korean Peninsula.
