1. The 10th Mekong-Republic of Korea Foreign Ministers’ Meeting will take place on September 28 in a virtual format, with Minister of Foreign Affairs Kang, Kyung-wha and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam Pham Binh Minh presiding over it together as co-chairs.

2. In the upcoming Foreign Ministers’ Meeting, the ROK and the five Mekong countries will review the progress of the Mekong-ROK cooperation, which was upgraded to the summit level in 2019, and discuss in depth its future direction.
