Amb. Lee Do-hoon, Special Representative for Korean Peninsula Peace and Security Affairs, will have a bilateral meeting with Mr. Stephen Biegun, Special Representative for North Korea of the United States (U.S.) who will visit the Republic of Korea (ROK) on August 20-22. During the meeting, the two sides will discuss ways for an early resumption of working-level negotiations between the U.S. and North Korea which leads to substantial progress toward complete denuclearization and the establishment of permanent peace on the Korean Peninsula.
