1. The eighth meeting among the Foreign Ministers of the Republic of Korea, Japan and China -- Ministers Yun Byung-se, Fumio Kishida and Wang Yi, respectively -- will take place in Tokyo, Japan, on August 23 and 24.

2. In the forthcoming meeting, the three Foreign Ministers will engage in an extensive exchange of views on the progress in and the way forward for the trilateral cooperation and situations in key regions of the world as well as the global community.

3. Work is under way to arrange bilateral meetings between Foreign Minister Yun and his Japanese and Chinese counterparts on the sidelines of the trilateral one.
