1. Minister for Trade Kim Jong-hoon held the Korea-US Trade Ministers’ Meeting on the Korea-US FTA 
with US Trade Representative Ron Kirk in Columbia, Maryland near Washington D.C. on Nov. 30-Dec. 3.

2. At the meeting, the two sides achieved substantive results in some areas including automobile.

3. The delegations of both sides will report the outcome of the Korea-US Trade Ministers’ Meeting to 
their respective governments, and make a formal announcement after final confirmation.
